Take a membership application

To join the museum, a signed membership form is needed. Please fill out the form below and click Submit Request. The web server will automatically calculate the dues for the membership category you have selected, and will create a printable membership form for you to sign.

Please review the form. If there are any errors, use the "Back" feature of your browser to correct and re-submit the form. Then, chose whichever of the following best suits your needs:

1. Using the "Print" feature of your browser, print out the form.
2. Ask the server to email the form back to you, and then print it using your email reader.
3. Ask to have the form mailed to you by first class USPS mail.

Then sign the membership form where indicated and mail it back, with your payment, to the address shown. Make checks or money orders payable to "The Branford Electric Railway Assoc." For credit card orders, write your card number and exp. date on the form. Your membership will be processed within 5 business days.
